jsut poppin in to say Hi! I love the nick by te way...pretty funny stuff. You'll find that the folks at surpass will pretty much do anything to help you out.

Except I haven't yet convinced Kayla to "help me" clean my house

But it seems the billing department isn't as quick as the tech support! It's taken over a day to answer a ticket, and still no answer from a question this morning


you're still great though, don't worry billing department. You'll still get a christmas card from me.

Yay! I love Christmas cards . Not sure where in the world you are but it's only 10 am here. I'm sure they'll get to you soon. I would agree that tech support is much faster than billing, but then again...wouldn't you prefer it that way vs. the other way around?
