Lucky has experienced a rather nasty main drive crash and is now currently sitting on our workbench, getting the OS and cPanel reinstalled on fresh, new drives.

Despite trying to keep the server up for the last hour or so, by trying to fix up the filesystem, the machine refused to stay alive for longer than a minute. Due to this, we just opted for the restore, given that it is the weekend, and there is no better time to work on servers than during the weekend, when traffic is on the low.

Accounts get restored in an alphabetical order, so accounts starting with "a" will be a bit more lucky than accounts starting with "z". We are currently installing cPanel, so the account restore process should start sometime really soon.

Please refrain from submitting any tickets regarding your accounts until this restore has been officially declared to be done via this thread. Chances are, that whatever is not working right now, will be working after the restore is complete.

We thoroughly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We will update the thread once any further progress has been made.
