Is there going to be any compensation for the downtime credited? Or even discounts or credits in the future. Normally I would just stay quietly in the background and move on, as I have so far had pretty good experiences with Surpass, but lately, it seems I have been down more often then I would like. With the people I host and the Web Game that I run, I end up with a lot of emails and complaints from my clients just as you do, of which I'm sure you understand. First we had the "DDOS" attack that inadvertently took down servers, and then the Power hit.

Honestly, I would like to stay with Surpass and barring a Major Hurricane or some other disaster, you seem to be able to handle most problems somewhat quickly.

I know you guys probably don't want to go cutting peoples bills or anything like that, effecting your revenue, but what about Upgrades to the Server at a discounted price or something related to that?
