This thread is a timeline for all events occuring to the server Pass7.

Each time this server has an issue it will be posted here.

If you cannot access your site, and there is no announcement here, the reason for it is not caused by this server or our network. You must email support@surpasshosting.com to find the root of your problem.

Due to some problems that surfaced today on Pass7, it is being worked on right now. There have been SQL errors on random sites. Should be fixed shortly. Thank you very much for your patience.

Pass7 had SQL issues again yesterday, should be the last of them.

The issues reported the other day were because of a website on the server. That was resolved.

All was well. Quiet. A short while ago Pass7 crashed without warning, no one had reported any high load, etc. Currently investigating the issue, thank you for your patience.

Pass7 is back up FINALLY...

We should rename it to stubborn. Thank you all for your patience. Now to find the cause of its crash.

Pass7 was having errors earlier and was rebooted. It is not booting up, there are many errors, segmentation faults and the start up isn't completing. Our techs are working on the server and have been for the past hour. I will update as soon as I get more information.

Good news: server will be back up in about 10 minutes. Just have to take it back up, do some tests and plug it in.

Pass7 will be upgraded to a dual Xeon system at midnight, EST. This upgrade should take about 30-45 minutes.
