Database Won't Delete

I was doing routine maintenance on my domain's backend, and I noticed a couple of databases that I wasn't using anymore. I successfully deleted the first one, but when I tried to delete the 'crescent' table, it gave me an error message. The database is completely empty, so I don't see why it wouldn't delete. Here's the error message I got from within phpmyadmin:

Account Removed
Deleted the database cherrii_crescent /usr/bin/mysqladmin: DROP DATABASE cherrii_crescent failed; error: 'Error dropping database (can't rmdir './cherrii_crescent', errno: 39)'

My domain is cherrii.net, my username is cherrii, and I'm hosted on yesenia.vivar.us. Can anyone help me with this?

I think that error numer relates to an unexpected EOF. Something along the lines of file corruption probably. Email support

surpasshosting with all the info in your original post, and they can delete the database for you...

Hi, cherrii,

Would you mind adding your server to your .sig? That way we have to spend a little less time trying to figure out which server to query to help you out.

The only machine I know to tell you is what I've been told before, which is that my server is yesenia.vivar.us, which was the last thing I said in my original post. If there is additional information that you need, I'm afraid you'll have to tell me where to find it.

what are the datebases that need to be deleted and which are the ones that don't need to be deleted.

Meep! Sorry. I've been away from my computer for a few days and just now got back to finish resolving the issue.

The only database that needs to be deleted that I couldn't delete myself was the "crescent" table, which is cherrii_crescent. Everything else is working fine. ^_^
