6:30pm EST and still no response from support.
This is absolutely amazing, I have not had the ability to use a script I have been using for years since 10:15am - over 8 hours and nothing from support since 1:30pm EST. Is Kayla around? |

Whatever it is, since it had to go to an admin, isn't something they can just fix without their approval or help in the situation. That's generally the only time something goes that high, and it usually takes awhile. I've had troubles with my dedicated that took 6+ hours for a response before, and it's always been 3rd Level support. Whatever it is usually demands that kind of time for technical or company reasons.

I've been with surpass a long time and I can't say I recall it this way at all.
3rd level support was kicking it up to an admin. That was almost 6 hours ago. So I am very concerned. |

It is still in 3rd level support.
I'm not going to be around let alone up at 4am when I sometimes hear from an admin. Is there new support desk even working correctly? Oh man, this is so wrong. |
