Photo backup script?

Not sure if this will stay in this section... but

I just got my dedicated server up and running. I am a professional photographer and along with hosting my site, I am going to be using my server for off-site (4th backups). I figure I could just upload VIA FTP the initial 60-70GB of images to the server for the first time backup.

After this, I am looking at having some sort of automatic program/script to backup images from my local system (Mac) to my server incrementally.

Open to options on the best way to accomplish this task!
