ERROR 2013: Lost connection to MySQL server during query
Does anybody know (and would be willing to tell others) what the settings for
net_write_timeout might be. I am trying to copy a database from a windows box to somewhere in surpass land (Pass26)using SQLyog - BUT ALWAYS lose the connection. The same data is able to be copied to 2 different servers (non surpass) without problems, unfortunately they are not where I put the site.. Maybe somebody from support will reply ??? |

We leave the timeout for it set to the default 60 seconds. The best way to copy over a database is to dump it to an SQL file, upload it to your account. Then file a support ticket to have it restored on the server
