MSSQL
So, I just submitted a support ticket, but while I wait, I figured I'd ask around. I'm putting together a quick site that interfaces with my company's MSSQL server. Is it standard not to install PHP with MSSQL support? I assume that installing it isn't a big deal.. right?

PHP: Installing/Configuring - Manual says it can be done by compiling some what not, not sure how well it runs though.

Ahh I see it requires a separate library to run in Linux. It might be possible, but you would need to submit a ticket so it can be run by our senior techs

To be honest- I didn't exactly have a choice when it came to the platform being used at work. I personally think .net applications are slow as death. All that being said- my boss is letting me use mysql for this- and life is good.
(Say hello to my friend "limit" and his two arguments. T-SQL, do you know my friend "limit"? Of course not. You two should become aquainted...)

Hehe. I remember missing the hell out of limit when I used MSSQL. Sure, you could limit the result set with "TOP 5", but I can't remember how you did offsets -- it was stupidly tedious if I remember right.
