Hello Guys,
I know fantastico comes with various support ticket things I could install, but I have found OSTickets does not work, and I can't seem to update it easily, and Triangle PHP Support Tickets works fine but is very ugly and hard to customise for my own site. Do you know of anyother easy to install, free support ticket software/script that I upload and use. Easy to customise is a definate plus. Thanks, |

You could try Help desk software from Hesk - free PHP helpdesk script - found here: Help desk software and see if it meets your requirements.

I'm half way through now, I have modified the header / footer .txts - it includes them, (if you're familiar with PHP includes, it's the same as that. )
The main problem I have so far is the default CSS (I just abolished all the styling in favor of my own) and the fact it's pulling a table width of 770px in from somewhere in the code. (Not the CSS) Don't see why they couldn't have put it in the style so I could have adjusted it to my needs. Other then that, all good! We can compare once we've both finished!! Haha ~ plus I would have not marked it up all in tables, in divs so it was much more customisable. For something free, I'm quite rather chuffed in all.
