I was wondering if anyone can point me to a good program that will process detailed form entered info. I want to have a form questionaire with about 30 questions on it. I would like the submitted info to be e-mailed to and have it include the question and answer in the same order that they are asked in the form. Is there such a thing? If so what? Thanks!

If you go into your cPanel, then into CGI Center, there's a selection in there for CGI Email. If you click on that, it will install the CGI Email, and take you to a page that has links to information on how to configure your form.
As far as I know, you can add as many questions to the form as you want to. It's highly configurable. |
