I need a good Links Script

I'm looking for a good links script for my site, where people can submit their website url and info.

Requirements: Needs to be free, needs to have an intuitive admin interface, needs to be secure, needs to run off templates.

Optional Requirements: Allows uploading of logo's, counters, categories, feedback, rating

Thanks!

Most CMS, including the nukes, mambo, and Xoops (everybody Mambo!) have this built in functionality.

John, I see you use quite a few CMS. Which is your favorite? I've used phpnuke and xoops but stopped using them for basic html.

Basic HTML is great when you only need to do one thing... or two...

Sites in my signature include a Xoops (americanhomebrewer), a Nuke (stegenga.net) and a Mombo (bellsouthextortion.com).

The easiest to set up? Probably Mambo, but the perception may be skewed because I learned a few things setting up Xoops that may have helped with my Momboization....

Okay, I tried Mambo and disliked it. It had some really really nice features that I wanted but I couldnt get the front page to work the way i wanted it to and i was unable to find a hack for it....thats okay...I went to phpNuke 7.4 and am happy with it. Site looks almost as it did with regular html since I made my own minimal theme. http://www.laprg.org/index.php

Almost done with it..have to get my store up, my image gallery back working, and my legal information up. I'm a bit worried about my image gallery because the one I had I loved and not sure it will port over too well.

I SURE WISH WE HAD A PHPNUKE FORUM!

i believe that there is a phpbb hack for phpnuke, as well as one for gallery.
