ImageMagik - EPISODE I
Ok, if you're wondering why EPISODE I, that's because i had one problem finding out what was my ImageMagik path on SERENITY. It's working great, but I wanted to install another Script, wich one is the same to the one i'm using right now and by the way, it's working just fine (Coppermine Photo Gallery, PHP), and now, somehow i'm "stucked" on the same problem i had almost 5 months ago.
This is what happens: On the perfect script (working fine) the ImageMagik path is pointe to: /usr/X11R6/bin/ And now, trying to install the same script, with different DataBases (of course), when using the same Path to the ImageMagik i get this error from the Script: The installer can not find the '/usr/X11R6/bin/' directory you have specified for ImageMagick or it does not have permission to access it. Check that your typing is correct and that you have access to the specified directory. I know that the Script has no errors, because in the past i've done something similar, i just "mirrored" my website into another database for using as a backup, but i just deleted it (don't remember why). So, my question is: What's the correct path to the ImageMagik into SERENITY, and if I got another script running ImageMagik working just fine, why this new instalation can't find it? Just for reference, my first Topic regarding this issue is here: ImageMagik - ??? Well, that's it. I wish i can get a response from the Tech support as soon as possible, or some advices from other users from Surpass. Many thanks in advance. Steve.

Some programs are coded so they require the filename too (convert, I believe)
Try adding that to the path in the new script. If that does not work, try eliminating (first) the trailing slash, and, then, the leading one. It's all a matter of how the directory is being parsed by this new script.

Is this a standard script?
If so, email support. I'm sure they can help.

Dey demon, i've tried this path also, but it deosn't seems to work neither.
I just got "stucked" on this PHP script configuration (It's, Coppermine). Here's what i've tried: /usr/X11R6/bin/ /usr/X11R6/bin --- /usr/X11R6/bin/convert/ /usr/X11R6/bin/convert I'll try to e-mail the support for some answers. The most weird thing is, i got another script running perfectly on SERENITY server, using the following path: /usr/X11R6/bin/ Does anyone have the support e-mail? I'm too lazy to browse surpass website and look for it ![]() Cheers.

Hello Steve.H
I Have a solution for you. In the settings select GD instead of IM. GD is better and mutch faster. and you dont need to enter any path cuase it built in the php.
