This thread is a timeline for all events occuring to the server Pixel.

Each time the server has an issue it will be posted here.

If you cannot access your site, and there is no announcement here, the reason for it is not caused by the server or our network. You must email support

surpasshosting.com to find the root of your problem.

The first issue with Pixel, so welcome to all of you checking this who have been on a wonderful server.
Apache and Bind need to be restarted on the server, as they have crashed. We cannot SSH into the server, so we are now rebooting it. Another update soon.

We have been experiencing some problems with pixel over the last two days. Two accounts that were causing this have been suspended and operation of pixel seems to be good now.

cPanel issue with Pixel right now.

From 2:52 to 3:15 Pixel was down due a site on the server that caused the load to jump to 45.

Currently Pixel's HTTP services are down, our techs are in the DC working on the issue. I will post back in a moment.
