Hello?
Am i doing something wrong here? There was a topic here, and i submitted a ticked and now they are both gone. Did the order not go through? Because 2checkout said i was charged on my credit card for a dedicated, and have not even gotten an email, except from e-man, but they stopped coming right after i paid.
Whats going on?? Please tell me if im doing some thing wrong Everything i seem to be doing to contact gets no response or is deleted ![]()

I too have experienced a few 'glitches' in the ticketing system. They'll take care of it - trust me. Surpass is usually very good about customer service. John

Yeah, we are on a bit of time schedule here, we really need the new dedicated so we can restore our bandwidth back to normal and start a new company. We've been waiting 5 days now.

I am sorry but it seems you may be having some issues with your email with cox.
I have now personally emailed you 3 times and forwarded you the activation email 5 times. Do you have some spam folder? did you check it? Do you recall having the same issues when we first sent you the link to make the payment? We sent it to you various times and you weren't getting that either. Your server has been up nearly 4 days now please supply with al alternate email perferrably 2 more different emails to clear this up ![]() |

Yea, i have not recieved any of the emails, but i get all the junk emails and emails from the forums in my andrewlamers[at]cox.net account.
Thank much, i was worried that ive been bugging people and my credit card dind go through or something. Its good to know its up at least. ![]() Edit: OMG im so stupid, i cant belive this. I have Mcaffe, and i absolutley hate it, it locks everything up, and it always says Spam Filter not enabled. Oh whats this, all the spam is there, including all the information on the dedicated. I am SO sorry for bugging you and repeadly asking. Thanks for reminding me about spam filters. Its not something i ever check, because its not a folder, its like hidden in mcsuckfee, so theres another reason to hat mcaffee, ontop of making me restart every 5 minutes to use internet explorer. i feel so stupid and annoying now. SORRY! Thanks so much, Andrew.
