One option is to create a backup of the entire account and FTP it to your account, you'll need to copy it to the /home directory, then restore the account from the backup. Of course, you must have root WHM access for this, otherwise support will need to do it. The second is to have the user create homedir backup and database backups and restore them manually. The second option will require all scripts to be updated with locations and dbase names, so it will be time consuming.
It is possible that the network has a glitch and if you wait a couple of hours the transfer may work. |

Well, I tried create a full backup and use SSH to move this backup to home dir.
But when I tried to use WHM to restore I got another error: "No Restorable archives found!". Now, I will try second option... home backup and restore them manually. But I'd like to know what's going wrong because, you know, I'll need to copy another account soon. |

I'm sure you've already seen this. What version of cPanel are you running? There was a problem awhile back, around version 9.8x

Well... my server is new, so, I'm using WHM 9.9.9 and cPanel 9.9.9. But, my client made his backup so, I really don't know what version of cPanel he used. Maybe could be some old version.
Anyway, this kind of bug is very bad ![]() And... thank you. You really help me yesterday! ![]() |
