Question Question about dedicated servers packages.

Hi, I don't know to much about this but, I hope admn or any knowledge member can answer my question.

I was told I was going to get the following package,

Intel Celeron 1.8 Ghz 400Mhz Bus
Memory: 512MB DDR System Memory
Storage: Dual 80GB Hard Drive w/Backups
Transfer: 1,200 GB per month

But, what I got was this package,

Processor: Intel Celeron IV 1.7 Ghz
Memory: 512MB DDR System Memory
Storage: 80GB 7200RPM IDE Hard Disk

I don't know to much but, I believed it is not the same package. Can someone let me know if I am wrong and indeed is the same thing.

Thank you in advance,

Celeron 1.7 were the old server. It is listed when you pay, but you are receiving Celeron 1.8. You will see it in "Server Information" when you access WHM.

Oh yes... with a dual drive your server will have backups automatically (daily or not, you can choose).

if you get a single hard drive your server will have no backup. You'll need to do it manually.

When you hace a dual hardrive mirrowed with RAID, you only see one unic drive.

When you save your files, the server copy autmaticaly to both drives. When a hardrive dead, the other drive works autmaticaly, and your site/server doesn't go offline.

Seems like your server is using too much memory, only about 14MB left. Shouldn't you get a 1.8Ghz instead ?
