Quick question
Im not sure if surpass dedicaed servers are meant for gaming servers, but i just want to get a general idea on how much bandwidth one 12 person (estimate) server would take up on a machine...

Depends on what game and what your settings are at. I use my dedicated as a gameserver when I want. I have had no problems running any of the gameservers I have tried.
