Exclamation Cpanel > server status, Ifstat, & MRTG descrepancies

Hello, MRTG was recently installed on my dedicated server. The port speed is 100mbit full duplex. On a busy day, I ran Ifstat in SSH and compared the numbers to the Current out in MRTG, the number are WAY off! On MRTG, it shows 6820 kbytes/s whereas on ifstat, it shows 927 kbytes/s That is a huge descrepancy. Which is more accurate?

Another issue I found is the memory and CPU usage on Cpanel > Service Status VS. the number on MRTG. The current numbers for memory and CPU usage on MRTG seems to be at almost three times as high as the number on Cpanel > Service status. My memory usage according to Cpanel is always under 30% but on MRTG, it tells me that the current usage is 54%. Again, what's up with this? MRTG seems to be reporting really high values. I don't know which one to believe. I was thinking maybe these descrepancies are because I upgraded the server from a celeron 1.8ghz 512mb to a P4 withi 1GB of ram. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Lastly, does anyone know how to configure MRTG to display the TOTAL bandwidth usage for a particular day, week, month, and year?? Cheers.
