Restarts

Do the servers automatically restart on a time trigger? OR do they only restart when something has failed.

Services (Httpd,POP3,SMTP) restart when a failure is detected, The servers themselfs aren't restarted automatically or on detection. Any servers "offline" will be attended to by a trained third level admin.

Almost, except you don't have to hit the admins

as hard.
