A couple of Q's

Can diffrent O/S's be installed like OpenBSD (I live right near theo! lol) because I find it more secure or maybe something like gentoo where I find it to be really easy to update or something like Slackware where I find it quite stable, If i was to get one of these i wouldn't need much support or something like gentoo I could even install it if some one exicutes a few commands for me.

Can all IP addresses be blocked except support and mine for security?

Also, can surpass perform harddrive hotswaps with no downtime?

I think i have other questions but cant remember them, to tired.

I used to have a server with surpass a few months back and moved to a diffrent host and now am thinking about using a surpass server for some personal sites and other needs (Storage, home backups, and possibly a gameserver or 2)

PS I do have a hosting account with surpass but it's only been (or setup) as a backup.

There will be down time unless you have SCSI's and the special hardware that goes with them.

Looks like I'm getting OpenBSD instead of FreeBSD, because of a networking problem. Since I'm waiting to see, if I'm getting OpenBSD here at Surpass?

I'm wondering since its the most secure OS on the planet, do you really need stuff like this
Installing APF/AD/BFD and the rest of the alphabet
when its "Secure by Default"

Nevermind I looked on the site where the APF was hosted at.
http://captainshareware.com/apfcpinstall.txt

It said that it only works for cPanel/WHM well that answered my question. (since I'm going with webmin)

I'm thinking Travis your going to have to send a ticket to PreSales to get a responce. Then follow up here with an update.
