Cant get frontpage extensions to work.

This is a server wide problem. They have stopped working on all websites on my server. I have tried reinstalling. Uninstalling and then reinstalling but they still do not work. I have submitted a ticket but they didnt know what was wrong and has stopped replying.

Any Ideas whats going on?

I read on cpanel's website that they can become corrupted sometimes and the only way to fix it is to reinstall whm/cp. How do you do that? Is that something surpass can do?

I think these are questions you should be bringing up in support. Reply to the ticket again and ask if there's any progress or if they could look into it further.

Here is a link to my ticket if an admin or somebody wants to look at it. Last thing he said was he was going to forward it to the admins. Its been over 24 hours and no reply.

cddrake - whats the actual ticket ID? can't do much with the ticket key ( that's another explanation in itself )

Aroop fixed the problem. I had to recompile apache though for another problem and now the problem is back again. So I have once again asked aroop to fix it. This time he is gonna tell me how he fixed it hopefully so I wont have to submit any more tickets.
