creating a reseller account

Hi,

I have 2 reseller accounts in my server. And everything is fine.

Today I got a new reseller customer. I created this new account but what I've noticed is... this account is using reseller resources. The old one isn't using reseller resources and I don't know what happens!

What can i do to separate resources like surpass does (reseller have some badwidth and space for free)?

I created an account and I gave a reseller privilegies in WHM. Any ideas?

Thanks!

It is because the user owns his own main account if you put the main account owned by you or root it will be seperate

I'm sorry nyananyom? Your post makes no sense to me, plus I advise for personal matters you contact the people concerned, not post on a public forum.
