I didn't get a time out when I used All net tools. I am not sure why you would have.

Aaah I can see there is no time out anymore.
Aah this are your test result ok, you cant reject that there isn't any thing wrong with them? For instance it takes 110,19ms to get from hop 11 to 12 ? |

Please test the following ips for ping and traceroute
63.209.98.89 72.29.76.19 those two ips have new routes which we will switch to if they work out better |

It would be very nice if the new routes would be applied.
Will this happen to everyone the new routes? Especially 63.209.98.89 would be great for our server All our costumers are in europe so ... and only 11 hops great!!New: ping .. Received packet from 63.209.98.89 Time : 109 ping .. Received packet from 72.29.76.19 Time : 112 Surpasshosting.com and my server. ping .. Received packet from 66.195.126.103 Time : 130 ping ..
