First question is, is there this speed can be improved?

Next question, I've heard about load balancing between servers to speed load times and balance the bandwidth among the servers. I'm curious how would this would get set up? I'm completely new to the idea.

You're on AOL dialup. Those times - although a little high - are normal for dialup.

P.S. No sense in blanking out the IP when your domain name, crushspot.com, is showing.

You'd need two or three (or more) dedicated servers. Typically one for some type of proxy and a few more with http daemons running on them serving pages.
