To Surpass team: URGENT. Unresponded tickets.

Hi.

We have posted urgent request about 6 days ago. There was no reply on it, and the only reply on our additional tickets regarding the same issue was "we will forward this ticket to...".

Ticket numbers are:
TAH-29723
OZH-60025
OCF-19464
JEK-72290

Could please someone look into this and reply ASAP?

If you need any additional information from us - please just let us know, but this issue needs to be resolved ASAP as it's important and urgent for us and for our customers.
