If one has a problem many more have gripes that relate to the same.

Email, and the whole internet thing, is not suited for really important communication. No offense, but a fax address for emergencies might be handy. Emergencies only, of course. Available to established customers only, of course. Should get the attention quite fast: It makes noises. We never had any problem by telephone or by telefax. Email is another thing: People are getting their own domain and email address, setting up filters that block nearly any polite message. And providers do sometimes block email competitor's servers. And yeah, sometimes email is overlooked, but nobody is perfect.

I don't have a fax machine, though. That kinda throws a wrench in the gears. If anything, a phone number would be better, but you get that with a dedi. If they had them for public use, our prices would go up becuase of the extra staffing required. I think the e-mail is fine--just use something like Gmail

Everyone keeps saying you get a number to call when you get a dedi but I don't think that's true anymore. I know I've never been given a phone number. I've seen posts around where they've talked about discontinuing the number but then I've also seen where they said people still call so I'm a little confused on that issue.
