cPanel Display Bandwidth?

Is there a way to get the allowed amount of bandwidth to be displayed in my cPanels? I have a dedicated server.

Bandwidth for your whole server or for each account?

bandwidth for each account. it shows how much has been used but doesn't show how much you get to start with.

isn't there a way to allow users to see how much bandwidth they get? i know i've had that with other hosts that use cPanel. mine is only showing the user how much they have used.
