Order Wait Time

How long does it take before they send you the order form for the dedicated server?

I'm trying to order 2 more dedicated servers, but waiting for the "confirmation call"... I ordered my first dedicated back in February, and then I didn't get my order form until I posted a thread in the forum.

Usually up to 24 hours.

Does the provisioning dept. work on the weekend? I ordered a dedicated server on Friday and I still haven't heard anything other than "Thanks for your order and payment. I've sent this off to the provisioning dept. and they should send out an email with all your details within 24 hours."

Hmm... maybe I'm just impatient. (Or maybe I've been forgotten.)

Well Saturday afternoon I got my order through and they gave me a 24-72 hour wait time for the server to set up.

I received my info today so all is well. I assume they either don't work or are limited on the weekends. I didn't really expect to receive it until today but was hoping to get it earlier anyway.

most dedicated server orders are completed within 24 hours of signup
just send an email next time to push it through

Could also depend on the queue for orders

Well it's been over 72 hours and I haven't received any word that the server's been set up :| The transaction is no longer reflected in my bank statement online and the money is available in my balance again. Anyone else ever experience this?
