Overheating should not be an issue at all if your datacenter is properly cooled, which I'm hoping it is. All you have to do is use a decent heatsink, apply decent thermal paste, and build up some nice airflow inside the case.

IMO, the Sempron is superior to the Celeron.

I have heard, not ever seen them overheat. And yes the data center is usually 65 degress

Don't believe everything you hear.

I have a Sempron 2300+ here, and the case temps are around 27c when room temperature is 68.

You won't have any cooling issues.

I sent an email for the celeron, however if they've all gone I'll settle for the semperon.
I doubt I'd know the difference if they both poked me in the eyes.
