anyone else seeing really, really slow responses and a lack of bandwidth from their servers?

Download from my server:
(bottom is initial download, top image is after I cancelled and started it over)

Download test from other florida server:

Average for my internet

Can you post a tracert? Also, do you have a file that we can test downloading?

when I do a wget of anything from the console, I haven't been able to get above 11kb/s

Fast here.... Other than what I have done.. I don't know what to tell you... Maybe there was a problem and it has cleared up... Is it still slow for you..?

it's slow for my server too.
I am on dedicated server.

A few days ago speed were like 250 Kb/s, now is from 0 to 50 kb/s
