dedicated servers

We have 4 Dedicated servers, i opened many ticket to cancel 2 dedi servers of them but no confirmation, i also send to cancels[at] surpasshosting.com and submit the cancelation forum but also no confirmation, i called you by phone and left the tickts ID

I asked at 10 Nov to cancel this 2 server but still not cancelled

I'am cancel this 2 server coz the custmor of this 2 server charged me back and refund his mony with addtional chargebacks for all months(looK like fraud), so this is out of may hand, why you not respons?! why you not refund may mony and stop the billing since 10 Nov 2005!!!

The support desk has been changed so it is possible that perhaps your ticket may have been misplaced in the system during the upgrade. Open a ticket about this and support should get back to you soon. Make sure to set your ticket high due to it's urgency.
