dedicated servers
We have 4 Dedicated servers, i opened many ticket to cancel 2 dedi servers of them but no confirmation, i also send to cancels[at] surpasshosting.com and submit the cancelation forum but also no confirmation, i called you by phone and left the tickts ID

The support desk has been changed so it is possible that perhaps your ticket may have been misplaced in the system during the upgrade. Open a ticket about this and support should get back to you soon. Make sure to set your ticket high due to it's urgency.
