Lost password from online help-desk!
Hi,
I have lost password from online help-desk. I tried to recovery my password through "Lost Password Recovery Form", but it has not helped. I tried to write letters on Surpasshosting e-mails, but have not received any answers. What to do I can? |

Make sure that the password recovery email is not going to your spam or junk box... And I would even suggest trying the forgot password link again to make sure.. If that does not work, you can always register a new account on the help desk to file tickets. Make sure to use a non-hosted email, such as Gmail or Yahoo, just in case you lose access to your hosted emails for some reason.

Is this possible to change my account e-mail in online help desk that I could recovery the password?
I have problem with dedicated server, is urgently necessary the help. |

I don't think you can change your email in it without logging into it first. You can still use the help desk without logging in.

I two times tried to submit tickets in helpdesk. But I have not received any confirmations on my e-mail. May be it's blocked... I do not know as do..
Where it is possible to find phones of support? |
