Hi all,

I finally went and made the jump up from Silver Reseller to VPS. So far I am more than pleased with the service.

Surpass staff was great throughout the whole process. Emmanuel was great with copying the accounts over, and when one of my accounts failed to transfer, Emmanuel was there for the rescue.

The whole process was much easier than I could have hoped for.

All that is left for me to do is fix a few little errors on my pages from the move. I'm pretty sure all I will need to do is get a few PHP modules installed and the errors will disappear.

So far the VPS server feels snappier and more responsive. If any of you are debating whether or not you should make the jump, at this point I would say go for it.

The freedom with VPS is going to be nice. My mind is racing with things I can do with this server that I could not do with a reseller account.

Like I said: With the smooth transfer process, snappier server, and more freedom, I would not hesitate to recommend the upgrade.

Glad to hear this. Once I get more funding and find some needs (which I believe I have) I'll surely purchase one! See Surpass? VPS is worth it heh And by what trip has said, you guys are doing great. Keep up this and more will come (though I would never doubt that this type of customer service would lack on Surpass, as I've always recieved great service.).
