Try WinSCP, as I mentioned earlier. It works much like an FTP program.

i was thinking winscp was just another ftp prog, thanks downloaded seconds ago and works flawlessly

I'm not sure how to enable it, so no worries there lol...WinSCP seems to be able to allow you to copy files to the machine with it. Is this a problem?

I use Secure Shell Client, which connects to SSH with a terminal window, but it also has a file transfer window. I would have suggested it but I wasn't even thinking about that. Plus most of the things I want to upload to the server are online and wget's the best bet ( as opposed to downloading to my computer, to reupload to the server ).

But yeah if winSCP is an SSH program, I don't think there's any problems with it. SCP = Secure Copy
