Need a Dedi Recommendation Pls

First I'd like to thank Emanuelle, David, Kayla and everyone else for their help and recommendations on moving up to Dedi.

I know that somewhere down the line I'm going to have to upgrade again but for the most part I want to delay that day as much as possible. Over the past couple days I have come up with accurate statistics based on the performance of an unnamed website (not bogeydope.com, my new front-runner). Could you guys please recommend the Best Dedi package given the following stats:

6 Month Projected Stats for BogeyDope.com

Daily Unique Visitors: 450-800 Thousand
Daily Visitors: 650k-1.2m
The site for the most part contains featured news articles. And, 1 Ten-Meg MP3 once a week. And a Nice banner ad containing this image:

When i was on sh90 the server load was consistently 46.00-49.00, sometimes as high as 70.00
I didn't know what that meant at the time... now I know it's really bad but the site always loaded with no delay.

WOW. Server at 70 and it still loaded??

You might be a candidate for one of the new Opteron servers. Probably overkill for now, but gives you room to grow.
You need more than a celeron, that's for sure. 2-4gb of ram would be a great idea too.

OPTERON....

when will they be available and what's the monthly cost?

I was going to originally go with the Enterprise 3.0G P4HT 533 w/dual 120HD... BUT, if the Opteron is Available, I'd prefer it.

yep, it was nice while it lasted, the server would go down about 3 times a week. We always thought we were getting DDOS'd... maybe we just crashed the server and noone complained. oops!

There are two Opteron servers on our dedicated server page underneath Dual CPU Servers. http://www.surpasshosting.com/servers.php
We can most likely tailor this for your needs and work on the price.

I'll take the AMD Dual Opteron 244 1MB Cache w/Dual HD/CPANEL+WHM and an Extra Gig of Ram (maybe two). I'll be able to get started with this on the 15th or 16th of this month, should i just submit the dedi server form like normal on that date or would you recommend and alternative method?
