whm autopilot liscence question
when i ordered my reseller i went for the bump and got the whm autopilot liscence that i bought through surpass. checking things on my new dedi i noticed i get internal server issues and it is non functional. Do i lose the right for that liscence now that i have gone and changed ips?
if not what do i need to do to get it functional again? thanks in advance

Well i do know that the license is linked to the server the install is on.
You paid for the that license, so you should be able to update it. I logged into my WHM.AP client panel on whmautopilot.com and couldnt find any way to change the ip linked. your best bet would be to contact whm.ap support http://www.whmautopilot.com/support/index.php info whmautopilot.comor try surpass, but i doubt that they have much more control over it than i. |

yes i logged into whmautopilot too... shows my liscence and download... but it seems to me i read somewhere that the liscence was good for only one ip. I know it was a deal through surpass at the time.

it is good for only 1 IP, but if you change IP's, you should be able to modify that IP. its not like you're using it with more than 1 ip so the license should still be valid.
