Deleting Log Files?

Well, it has come to my attention that my logs are no longer even recording, in particular the one for awstats. This I believe is because the log file is huge, considering my site and the sites I run take up about 3 gb of space, and there is somewhere around 35 gb of total space used on the server. So that leads me to believe that at least a large portion of that is log files.

So my question is how to I go about deleting of clearing my logs without the use of ssh cause I do not understand that at all. I also believe my cpu load which is rather high from time to time is also bad because of the huge log files.
