any admin please!(redirect issue)

we have the domain name.com that pointed fibe but when typing www.name.com it redirected to another domain not owned by us
it is more than 24 Hrs with this ticket BOB-638911 and the issue not fixed, and we can not fix it,

any admin can look to this please

im pretty sure you can resolve this in cpanel yourself.

both of us and 3rd level can not solve it

So have you recieved a response back from the ticket you sent?

The support help desk is the best place to get the attention of admins, not necessarily here.

Does the website being pointed have the correct nameservers?, have you waited atleast 72Hours... or is this a fluke that happend randomly?

finally the issue have been fixed now, we was reciving a resonse but it wase a long time coz this site reciving over 3500 visitor a day..Thank for your help

check your registrar, they have the ability to configure things like that i believe, such as pointing subdomains and whatnot. or atleast mine did.
