Im wondering about this DECC, ive been reading about it, but im just wondering if it has to be requested from the helpdesk? did my welcome email contain that login info? is it the same as my my.surpass password? lol.

I think Fern said his was the same as his default password and username that he got in his welcome mail, but mine wasn't that. In fact, I don't know if I even have a login to it, but it wasn't the default one for me. I recommend asking the desk.

lol, im not even sure I know the account with my dedi attached to it. the only account on my.surpass i can seem to access only lists my old cancelled reseller package, so lol.
