Managed as in you can still put in a support ticket to take care of issues just like you do now on a reseller. The difference is you can manage it yourself if you choose to do so. So if you needed directory ownership changed, you can still file a ticket, or you can log in via SSH and do a command to change it yourself.

Since it's fully managed, just do what you feel comfortable with, and have support take care of the rest.

You can do it all, but you don't have to. As you feel more comfortable, do more.

They won't make you learn to swim in the deep end of the pool.

Good to know you don't get tossed in the deep end. john with you and david out there I bet it gets interesting.

The kiddy pool sounds fine with occasionally putting my feet in the big pool. it would probably take me a year to get up the nerve to dive in anyway. So it is very cool that it is managed.

Monday I think I'll toss some questions to sales and if I hear what I am hoping for I'll go for the VPS by June if not next week.

First of all, if David and I are in the deep end, then you better send help, because we're not swimming.

Well I've dropped my question on sales. Lets see how that goes. Will I be going VPS today? Depends on their answer.

If not I may go OC10 in June.
