If you can't find the ticket you sent in, well, send another, until you get the answer you need. You need to be clear on what you need though, you may not be a native English-speaker, but I find your train of thought hard to follow, especially with your excessive use of exclaimation points. We can't help you here, particularly if you are just here to complain. There's lots of people here with computer experience, and perhaps your "4 small sites" aren't that small after all. But we don't know that, since we don't know anything about them. Please give us more information so we can try to figure out why your usage is so high.

Null,

I apologize for the issues you saw. It was a weird situation the way your VPS was handling the memory. I applied another memory setting to see if it helped and it seems it did

Just so you know we didn't delete any tickets, we merged them with your other tickets as it seems they were all related.

" your vps not managed 100%"

Our vps as managed but sometimes it is not easy to find and fix certain weird issues like yours. I understand you wanted fast fixes and answers and I apologize we didn't meet your expectations. Our job is a never ending learning process and we will continue to improve.

thanks for your patience.
