I'm guessing you're being sarcastic? It's hard to tell. It's also seems you're not interested in help, but the problem is that this forum is not meant to be a sounding board for hearing yourself complain. Surpass support does not actively delete tickets, if its not listed in the helpdesk they probably didn't get it.

Why are you thinking they deleted it?

null -

This does not sound like the Surpass support that I am used to dealing with. If this is what happened to you, Kayla will want to follow up on it and make sure that it is resolved properly.

Please post the ticket number(s) so that the issue can be looked into.

Thanks.

John

Failure is not an option. It comes standard with all Microsoft products.

Surpass helpdesk does not delete tickets. They will close tickets, if they believe the answer has been found or if the ticket is inactive, but they don't delete tickets. I have every single ticket I've ever sent listed in my help desk account, all from before they switched over to the new ticket management.

If you can't find the ticket you sent in, well, send another, until you get the answer you need. You need to be clear on what you need though, you may not be a native English-speaker, but I find your train of thought hard to follow, especially with your excessive use of exclaimation points. We can't help you here, particularly if you are just here to complain. There's lots of people here with computer experience, and perhaps your "4 small sites" aren't that small after all. But we don't know that, since we don't know anything about them. Please give us more information so we can try to figure out why your usage is so high.

Also, John, as helpful as Kayla is going the extra mile around the forum, and I have no doubt she will help here if she sees the post, you should give her the opportunity to extend the help herself and not volunteer her. Your assistance is appreciated, but let Kayla speak up for herself.

Fine. You're the mod. I'll let you take care of it.

I'm not asking you not to help out, simply refrain from obligating someone unknowingly to something.

Who said it was unknowingly? That's what PMs are for.
