That's a great idea! I'm going to start doing that myself in the future.

OK Skip. Now it's your turn to be patient. I know how hard it is to wait for new toys, but that's what you're going to need to do.

Hang in there. It'll be well worth the wait.

Failure is not an option. It comes standard with all Microsoft products.

Well John if I knew I was waiting for something it would be easier. But with no order confirmation email how do I know I have something to wait for. Can't help but think something went wrong.

I just looked earlier and after my new order last July and with the upgrade from standard to OC5 a order confirmation email came in minutes. The welcome emails took longer yes but with no confirmation email it's hard to be patient.

If I get that I'll gladly wait some but nobody told me I'd have to wait days. I already have my forums in maintenance mode.

I was told this custom setup would take 2-3 hours. There was no mention of days. If that was so I would have done this over a weekend and taken off while this was going on.

Skipdawg,

I just wanted to let you know that my account is up and running. It was set up yesterday, but I never got an activation or order confirmation email. I just received it twice, one was a response to the ticket from 10A today, and the other was from supportsurpasshosting.com.

It seems like the orders are going through, but that the processes that notify the customer at each stage in the game do not work.

Thanks. If this is going to drag but to do I'm going to go re-enable my forums cause I doubt anything will happen till maybe tomorrow. I just hope I have something by morning.

But I'm not going to have my members wait of what ever is going on to get back in gear. Latters

Well 10 plus hours later and still no confirmation email to the order. But I guess I'll wait till morning as see when sales folks are in the office.

But if this ended up going in to the void of no where land I think I will take that as a sign to forget it.

This is already making me loopy

Hay Eman! No not in my spam folder either? Weird
It did not get sent to my secondary email either. Looked there too.

But from what the David that at Surpass has indicated the ball is now rolling. Good!
Now I should toss and turn less in my sleep tonight.

Now so I'll know in the morning. Anyone who knows nice simple steps please.

How and where will I create "unique accounts" for each domain on the VPS? Is that in WHM or where? Please keep it simple for now.
