I'd set it up for you.. but I don't know how. Plus I'm working on another huge announcement right now.

Why thank you Kayla Hugs from the Skipdawg {{{}}}
I would not want to take you from the important stuff anyway.
Sounds like I am in very capable and good hands.

But you just saying that should make all work well young lady. Thanks

Skipdawg,

That's odd you never got any emails. I personally work on about 98% of all the VPS orders from getting the emails of new orders to setting up, configuring, and sending welcome emails. I had sent both Brian's (Morpheous) and your's welcome emails at time of setup. After noticing Brian did not get his, we resent it, and I believe he did in fact recieve it, so thats one thing complete. As for yours, I sent the welcome email probably no more then 2.5 hours after order. Usually if I am in the office I can setup VPS within 30 minutes of order to get a good turn around, but it was just a slammed day yesterday.

All in all, I just want all who read this to know that we are here and we are taking care of orders promptly. I just want to apologize for any bugs or issues along the way.

I will resend your welcome email Skipdawg and try to send it.

As for creating accounts, yes it is in WHM. However, we have your request in a ticket and I think Eman is taking care of everything personally for you

Hope everything is smooth sailing from here. If you have any questions let me know.

-Jesse

Hi Jesse and thanks for the post. With looking at the situation with Morpheous late emails something must be wrong with the email system. I am using the same email for the new account as the old and have never had a problem getting email from Surpass.

And so far still no confirmation email. And now it sounds like I also have a welcome email floating around in limbo too.

Maybe someone just needs to kick something some place. That often works for me. lol

It's good to know that everything is working properly in the background. I am having a lot of fun tinkering around on my VPS.

There seems to be a problem with the emails because it shows as having been sent on their end; however, we do not receive them until they are manually resent.

I'm sure they'll find that problem and nail it soon. You're going to love VPS.

Well I hope they send it or resend it soon. So I can get the ball rolling on this. I'm not going to just sit here and wait around another day. I have real world stuff I have to attend to also.

It's 8:20 (PST) now and if nothing is there by 11 AM I'm out of here. I will only alter my schedule for so long.

Manually just now stood out for me so dropped a ticket for that.

Just double checked to see if anything went to the spam box and no. Also put in a call to Verizon to make sure there was no problems with my email. They said my email was just fine.

So from looking at other post here with email issues I'd say the issue is something funky with the Surpass system.

Quick reply to my ticket was less than a minute! So now to just wait for the personal one. lol

I can not wait till this whole thing is behind me!

I am so ready to be in a celebrate mood over this.

Maybe after some sleep I'll awake and the snail mail email situation will be fixed and I'll have a bunch of emails telling me all is done. lol But not to many emails.
