Well I found a post at SMF saying to reset the themes pizzicar. That fixed the error and now all the avatars seem to be broken. But I'm tired of looking at this mess. Time to crash. So need some sleep.

Maybe it is still propagating or something. But getting tired of this real fast. If I can't find a fix by noon Friday here those forums may go to terminally closed!

That dose not help! If fixable explain!

Not making much since so far. 2 forums seems to have weathered this fine. My test forum and the Skipdawg Central SGC forum.

The other 2 forums now have issues with the avatars. I hope something is just taking it's time propagating. For looking at settings from forum to forum look fine and all should be working. So why 2 are acting up have no clue.

I guess if all else fails I could just disable avatars all together!

Have you made a post on the smf boards on the avatars issue? I would explain that the account was moved to another server and ask for suggestions for the avatar issue. I would imagine it's an easy fix once the solution is presented - it always works that way

Did each forum have it's own avatars directory before, or were you sharing from your main site? If you were sharing, you now have to copy them to each domain and verify your paths.

Cowboy each had it's own setup.

And SMF is way to slow in replies for me to bother.

I asked a question once there awhile back. Took over a week for a reply. Waste of time. Good forum but their forum is just to busy and to easy for stuff to fall through the cracks.

File paths look right and permissions are right. Dose not make any since???

If you change an avatar, does it still not show?

Well it won't let me change or upload a new avatar. So something funky with the path or permission would be what I'd guess but all looks OK.

By why the heck only 2 forums and not all? That is what is confusing the heck out of me.

I figured after a nights sleep the DNS would all catch up by now or if something was wrong in the settings I'd see it. But all I am seeing says all should be working fine.

Have you looked at the Settings.php file itself to verify the directories and file path? It contains a comment:
Code:
# Note: These directories do not have to be changed unless you move things.
Weren't these addons before and now have their own domain space?
