Remote Reboot.????

I don't know. That is why I am asking. A client asked me for a dedi and he wanted a cold remote reboot....

I believe that it's possible via the DECC page. Contact support about the login details for it.

The only way to get it is via requesting it from the DimeNOC staff, or even Surpass Support I suppose. There is no method set up on the server to reset it if it completely locks up

Ive heard of methods like having a specific port left open, or a number you can dial and what not in order to force a reset, but thats not the case here if thats what you are asking for.

Once your dedicated server is setup, you will have to request remote reboot in order to use it. Some dedis have remote reboot by default.
