I don't know. That is why I am asking. A client asked me for a dedi and he wanted a cold remote reboot....

The only way to get it is via requesting it from the DimeNOC staff, or even Surpass Support I suppose. There is no method set up on the server to reset it if it completely locks up
Ive heard of methods like having a specific port left open, or a number you can dial and what not in order to force a reset, but thats not the case here if thats what you are asking for. |
