VPS and CentOS version?

I don't know about the other VPS servers but I see on mine it has CentOS release 3.5 (Final).

Dose Surpass plan to take it up to CentOS version 4x anytime soon?

I have CentOS 3.5 also.

4 days and no reply by any of the Surpass folks I've seen logged in that says allot in my book. And I'm not impressed.

A simple yes or no would have been cool, but no answer. What has happened? This goes for the whole board concerning VPS too. Very lacking.

I was bragging left and right to folks when I was on shared. I have not had a reason to do that yet with VPS. I would not even feel good about even recommending the VPS right now with what I have been seeing.

Was the ticket on high priority or low? Anyways, try re-submitting a ticket. I'll try my luck as well.

Also, what have you been seeing with VPS? It is a new service too... so it'd be best to yell at the employees what the issues are so far so it becomes better for all VPS owners.
