On a dedicated, you can install that cache software they were talking about (fastestcache).

I am afraid that the ML hack you've got is just not good code.

Joomlafish on Joomla does not do this, and can allow you to run many languages...

FASTEST CACHE can be install in any kind of hosting and not just dedicate servers.
i recommend this cache rather than xoops cache system.
xoops cache is weak.

for ML hack you'r right. xoops has 3 different kind of ML system. but each one has a problem.

EMLH works very well but just cpu load
xlanguage cause 500 error in open tags like [en] bla bla ...

joomla ML system works fine in open tags?

could you show me a link?

i already install fastest cache hack.

i didnt see any down time in the old shared server from my end. after i close some parts.

and this is not a high trafic but a technical issue that i said before i move to a dedicate.

any server will be overload with technical issues in php files. and support must take effect in that
even a site with 5 gigs bandwidth consuming.

Now its all back to normal when i disable EMLH hack and use another hack instead.( also this hack has some other problems :read error in some pages)

the main question is what the support done about this issue in the shared server? just suspend me ( its very pleased. i dont want to bother anyone in the shared server) and force me moving to a dedicate server (this is what i cant accept with a wrong high traffic reason) . IMHO support must found the issues or just take me some times so i can found a solution by myself and of course in the meantime you can suspend me and its fine.

every one can said your site has high traffic and you must go to a dedicate server. its too easy to say.

i just want to solve problems and some bad php files performance cant be found in 3 seconds or 3 days. you didnt find this issue too.

Emmanuel: please see the ticket #SQT-617582

then you can see what issues solve by support and what issues solved by me as a very newbie user.

and back to the topic title: the response time is not good at all. i dont want to wait 6 hours for a chmode

I apologize however this is your website and you need to make sure you run a secure none cpu intensive website. We are here to help you as needed always 7 days a week all year round but we are not able nor paid to go and fix your websites issues or trouble shoot it for bad code issues. Imagine we had to do this for everyone, we are not personal programmers for you. Don't get me wrong we will be here to help you but we are not able to stay for hours to troubleshoot your code, it is simply not in our business model for what we charge you for hosting.

I am sorry for the 6 hour response, there is other clients and tickets and are answered in the order received. We can't skip everyone else to answer your ticket each time. Surely you can understand. 1-6 hours is a reasonable response time in this industry.
