response time is not good at all

i am a 2 years client and maybe im a loyal client in surpass.

currently my site is suspended because the cpu overloading and supporters want me to move to a dedicate server bevause my site has high trafic.

i think its a technical issue but finally they dont accept it in a sharing cpu server and i refused to get a dedi.

then i send a ticket to sales department and now its 8 hours that they dont send me a reply.

i want to ask about the response time? is this normal?
is this response time still continue in a dedicate server?

in the last year they reply to the ticket within 15 minuts.

What are the server specs for Pilot. Perhaps they can move your account to one of the new servers with the Opteron processors....

Did you ever figure out what script / application was using all the resource? Do you have SSH access? If so, you can login and run TOP... that will show you all the processes running under your ID...

they said i have high traffic:
-----------
jadoogar jadoogaran.org 152.57 17.87 3.3
Top Process %CPU 99.9 /usr/bin/php index.php
Top Process %CPU 99.0 /usr/bin/php userinfo.php
Top Process %CPU 55.3 /usr/bin/php viewtopic.php
----------
i didnt have ssl and i dont think anyone in a shared server is permitted to use ssl.

moving to a dedicate server could be fine for me but i must think about this big jump a little more.

i just have one site and one domain.
i am not a reseller or something similar.
this is what i think about technical issue:

useing xoops 2.2.4 without problem until i install a ML hack
>>i have some open bb tags in my news for example:
[en] bla bla bla bla bla ....

is this can overload server or cause a server issue?

It would be a good idea to search the XOOPS community forums for other problems related to the multi-language hack... That could very well be it.

the problem is support team dont think its a technical issue.
and also i has a "Home away from home" Rank in xoops and i totally sure there is no answer about this issue.

and a very strange thing is i dont see any downtime in pilot after closeing my news section( as i monitor it via uppanel)

but supporters still persist on suspend me for cpu overload.

That is very extreme abuse please see this:

http://www.surpasshosting.com/content/rap.php

I think it is natural everyone doesn't want to upgrade and spend
more money on their websites. However these are the sites and issues
which cause servers to go down and be slow. The end effect is we have
over 100 upset customers in 1 server

irmtfan --

Those loads that Eman shows- 99% cpu for index.php? That has GOT to be a result of your 'multi language' hack.... Something is not right, and in this case it's not the server's fault...
